Most rheumatic illnesses affect the apparatus of movement but may also affect other organs such as the kidneys, lungs, nervous system, skin and eyes. We have a well-developed, multi-disciplinary team that works together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and counsellors as well as receiving active support in our work from various specialists, e.g. orthopaedists, hand surgeons, orthopaedic technicians and dermatologists.
